Salon Vivid Policies
Salon Vivid prides itself on giving the best salon experience to our clients. Because of this we uphold a few policies to ensure the experience is excellent and consistent.
Salon Vivid appreciates a courtesy call to notify us of all late arrivals. If you are really late, we will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service(s). We ask that you are willing to let other members of our staff assist in helping with the scheduled appointment. We do, however, reserve the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.
Service Adjustment Policy
In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair, we would like to invite you back within 5 days of your service for a complimentary redo.
For color or keratin services, please schedule a consultation with your stylist so that redo work is scheduled properly.
Salon Vivid requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation of an appointment. Please make sure to call or message us the day before your appointment. We will ask for prepayment of services if there are numerous same day cancellations by the same client.
Salon Vivid’s goal is to provide our clients with the best salon experience. In order to ensure that clients are relaxed, we request that no unattended children under the age of 10 be allowed in the salon. We would also ask that children who are unwilling to receive haircuts reschedule for a later time.
Refreshments and Meals
Salon Vivid provides an array of refreshments including wine, tea, sodas, and water. Please let us know if you would like food ordered for you during a long appointment.
